Recruitment firm bolsters its own team with new appointments and promotions

Rethink Group has bolstered its Bristol team with three new appointments, as well as promoting an existing colleague.

The company, which offers clients recruitment services throughout the UK, employs more than 40 people in Bristol City Centre.

Joining the team this month are Jade Elliott, Adam Gisbourne and Joe Child.

Rethink regional director Christine Christodoulou said: “Our main focus this year is job creation, we’ve got lots of roles ready for great people and we’ll be employing at least another ten people over the course of 2016. Jade, Adam and Joe are a perfect addition to our mix and I’m looking forward to working with them.”

24-year-old Jade will now manage clients in the healthcare sectors, while Joe Child, also 24 is working within Rethink’s FMCG team for a UK-wide portfolio of clients.

25-year-old Adam Gisbourne also joins the team; new to recruitment, Adam brings a wealth of IT sector experience to help clients in the tech sector.

Christine has also taken the decision to promote an existing member of her team with 30-year-old Chris Walker now taking on a team leader role, managing the group’s healthcare clients.

He said: “I have been with Rethink for five years and have constantly been guided and given a real career path, with training and coaching that has helped me reach this stage.

“It’s a great milestone for me and I look forward to growing my team and strengthening further our healthcare offering.”
