The firm was set up in 2008 and recently expanded by taking over the entire building at Bush House on Alma Road in Clifton.
Charles Cook, Managing Partner, comments: “We have taken more office space so that we can continue to expand our client offering and take on more senior solicitors with strong reputations and client bases in the City.”
Cook & Co boasts an impressive line up of high profile Bristol solicitors including 7 ex managing partners who have all practiced previously at major law firms in the City.
The Advisory Board is chaired by former Bristol City Chief Executive and Chairman, Colin Sexstone who sits alongside Guy Stobart who is formally the managing partner of Burges Salmon.
Another high profile addition in 2015 was Simon Chadwick who was the founder and managing director of Chadwick Nott, legal recruitment.
Colin Sexstone, Chairman, concludes: “Our growth is down to focusing heavily on the Bristol market, providing quality and attentive legal advice and offering transparent fixed fees.”
