A Bristol law firm has announced that it has achieved its Investors in People Bronze accreditation.

Veale Wasbrough Vizards (VWV) scooped the accolade for going above and beyond in the way the firm develops, supports and motivates staff for the third year running.

Recognised internationally, Investors in People has set the standard for better people management since 1991 and reflects the best practices in high performance working.

The Bronze award is achieved by just over 5% of IIP organisations, of which there are 35,000 in over 50 countries.

Simon Heald, VWV Managing Partner, comments: “We are proud to achieve the Investors in People Bronze accreditation again, having first been awarded it in 2014.

“It demonstrates our ongoing commitment to helping all of our staff develop their skills, which in turn allows us to achieve high levels of quality in the service we provide to our clients. We will now focus on achieving the Silver Standard in our next assessment.”
