ADLIB, a recruiter of Technology, Data, Marketing and Creative people has announced its Certification as a B Corporation.
The prestigious award comes from ADLIB’s long-standing belief in business for good, its people, supporting the community, driving diversity and inclusion and working hard to be ‘more than a recruitment company’.
Individually, B Corps meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability, and aspire to use the power of markets to solve social and environmental problems.
The essence of B Corp has run through ADLIB’s blood since the early days. In 2019, they were presented with the opportunity to formalise their commitments to social enterprise, the community, their people and the environment via the B Corp accreditation, and they grasped it with both hands.
