Aegon UK appoints resourcing specialist Sanderson

Pensions and investment provider Aegon UK has chosen Bristol-based independent resourcing specialist Sanderson as its recruiting partner for contractors and consultants.

Sanderson will manage the entire contractor and temporary worker population for Aegon, which has locations across the UK.

The three-year contract will provide around 360 contingent workers and run across the whole business.

A key part of this is ensuring a central point of governance and compliance is created by Sanderson, which in turn drives efficiencies and a consistent recruitment practice across Aegon UK as a whole.
