Allianz Insurance has appointed Hollie O’Neill to claims operations manager in Birmingham.
In her new position, Hollie will lead the motor trade claims team at Allianz’s Birmingham Centre of Excellence. She will be responsible for ensuring operational best practice across motor trade claims, driving technical excellence and delivering a high level of customer service.
Having joined the business in 2013 as a deputy team leader, she has held a number of roles in Birmingham including her most recent position as operations leader.
