New appointment at budding business
A budding business that was opened in November 2012 by Tessa Munt MP, has recruited a new member of staff.
Beauty by Emma in Wedmore has added Alison Bennett to the company as an apprentice.
Alison comments on the appointment: “I’m really thrilled with my new role as an apprentice at Beauty by Emma.
“I am very passionate about the job and I’m looking forward to developing my skills here at the salon.
“I am keen to gain more training in the industry and I believe having hands-on practical experience is the best way.”
Alison recently received a gold certificate for achieving excellence in the In-House Intermediate Beauty Therapy Competition at Weston College.
Emma Rogers, Owner of Beauty by Emma, comments: “I am delighted to welcome Alison as our new apprentice.
“I will be training her in-house and I am confident she will provide a great service to customers and become an integral part of the team.”
Beauty by Emma offers a range of beauty treatments for people of all ages.
Emma is a fully qualified beauty therapist with Beauty Therapy NVQ Level Two and Three. She is also a WorldSkills UK Beauty Therapy gold medallist.
