South West-based business celebrates one-year anniversary in new offices

A marketing and publishing group based just outside Bristol recently celebrated one year at their new offices.

The Ascot Group was founded by Andrew Scott in 2004 and in November of 2016 the company re-located to newly-refurbished headquarters in Worle Parkway, near the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare.

The offices are 5,000 sq. ft in area and are perfectly suited to accommodate the Ascot Group’s ambitious growth plans.

In the last year the group has grown by no less than 21 employees, bringing the total number of staff to over 60. Over the next twelve months the company aims to grow to over 100 employees.

Quarter 3 of 2017 also saw the launch of the group’s newest company, a recruitment agency named Harvey Richmond which will specialise in working with employers and candidates in the construction industry.

At the Ascot Group, we have worked hard to ensure that our new offices provide both new and existing employees with a pleasant working environment and we feel this will help increase productivity going forward.”

Earlier in 2017, Andrew was crowned South West winner at the Institute of Directors Awards in the Corporate Social Responsibility category.

Purplex Marketing – a full service marketing agency focusing on the built environment, Harvey Richmond – a recruitment firm also focusing on the built environment and Insight Data and Business Leader magazine are all part of the group.
