An upcoming awards ceremony will honour emerging graduate talent.

UWE Bristol will honour the outstanding achievements of talented UWE students at an upcoming gala dinner to be held on Thursday February 5 at the Marriott Hotel, on Lower Castle Street Bristol.

The awards are hosted by the University’s award-winning Employability and Enterprise team and presented by Deputy Vice–Chancellor, Jane Harrington.

Students have been nominated in 11 award categories by their employer or a staff member.

UWE Bristol honorary graduate, entrepreneur and businessman Dr Stephen Fear will give a guest lecture at the event on the value of work-based learning.

The ceremony will be compered by Western Daily Press Editor, Ian Mean, and winners and runners-up will receive cash prizes in front of an audience of industry partners, including Avon & Somerset Constabulary, FriendsLife and Rathbone Greenbank Investments, many of whom have sponsored an award.
