Beech House apartments launch in heart of Bristol
New boutique serviced apartments have been launched by Bristol property developer Urban Creation after the renovation of a Victorian villa.
Urban Creation has breathed new life into Beech House, which was formerly offices, to create luxurious and individually-designed serviced apartments on St Paul’s Road, Clifton.
Beech House offers a range of serviced apartments including studios, junior suites, one-bed and two-bed suites. In addition to the 14 apartments, there are a couple of two-bedroom houses in the newly constructed mews house behind the main Victorian villa.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor life on the large private balconies or patios in the mews house or in Beech House’s landscaped communal gardens, whilst many of the apartments also offer views of foliage, greenery or the rooftops beyond.
Urban Creation’s Jonathan Brecknell said: “The Clifton location is ideal, with so much on its doorstep including its vibrant cultural and entertainment scene, beautiful green spaces, burgeoning foodie offer and glittering harbourside.
“We’re hoping Beech House will be a welcome addition to the accommodation on offer and will become a place of choice for discerning travellers, whether they’re in Bristol on business or for pleasure. It’s somewhere people will want to return to again and again.”
The city’s commercial hubs are easily accessible from Beech House and as well as being just off vibrant Whiteladies Road, Beech House is also only a five-minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Clifton Triangle and Park Street with the famous Clifton Lido and Spa just around the corner.
