Bristol-based apartment provider plans UK expansion

Design-led apartment provider, Your Apartment, has announced plans to expand across the UK, with a primary focus on London, Birmingham and Cardiff.
Following significant growth since launching in 2017, Your Apartment plans to build on its established management portfolio of over 100 apartments in Bristol, with aparthotels in these three key cities. The move follows the recent launch of the company’s first small boutique apart-hotel in Bristol. The company is currently looking at prospective sites with a mission to operate 10 aparthotels in major cities with strong business hubs and high tourism, by 2023.
Your Apartment is looking for sites with a minimum of 20 units and will consider conversions or new builds. London based property advisors, Strettons, are providing support to find potential properties in London.
Charlie Guest, Co-owner of Your Apartment said: “We have seen the demand for central accommodation which allows guests to live in a city rather than just visit it. The decision to focus on these locations was based on the high demand for affordable, stylish accommodation, particularly for those travelling for business, and the lack of choice and flexibility available. The next 5 years will be very exciting for us as we continue to drive growth across the UK.”
