Bristol-based law firm’s annual revenues pass £50m

UK Top-100 law firm Bevan Brittan LLP, which is based at Kings Orchard in Bristol, has reported double-digit growth in both revenue and profit for the financial year 2019/20.

Turnover increased by 11.7% to £51.4m (2018/19 – £46.0m, 2017/18 – £44.0m), and net profit at the law firm saw a 13.8% increase to £11.35m (2018/19 – £9.97m, 2017/18 – £9.56m).

With over 250 legal professionals and support staff in the city, including 30 partners, Bevan Brittan is one of the largest law firms in the UK.

Over the last 12 months Bevan Brittan has advised over 800 businesses and been appointed to advise and support a range of new clients including NS&I; Central Housing Investment Consortium; and Pioneer Group.

Rosemary Jago, Head of Bevan Brittan’s Bristol office, said: “It has been another successful financial year for Bevan Brittan, marking seven years of continuous growth with a 57% increase in revenue and an 86% increase in net profit over that period. Building on last year’s strong revenue and profit, we have this year continued to invest in our client relationships, office and IT infrastructure and develop and recruit the best legal talent that fits within our growth strategy.
