Employee benefits platform PES is going from strength-to-strength with several new appointments to their North Bristol-based team.

Since 2012, PES has helped its customers to increase staff engagement through its own digital employee benefit platform, happypeople, alongside specialist advice and support focusing on health, wellbeing, finance and account management.

There have been three recent new appointments – Kirsty Haterhall has joined PES as a Health and Group Risk Co-ordinator, Rhinannon Edwards is the latest member to the PES employee benefits team and Amanda Woollaston has been appointed PES’s new Marketing Manager, with a remit to progress strategic marketing plans as well as delivery.

With the appointment of Andrew Drake, Head of Making Friends late in 2018, PES has a real commitment to Sales & Marketing and its future growth and success.

Ian Rummels, CEO of PES said: “The PES team have worked hard since we started out in 2012, developing our own platform ‘happypeople’, which enables our customers to increase staff engagement and retention by investing in a user-friendly, accessible digital platform.

“With a real passion for our business, our staff, our customers and the delivery of the best employee benefits solution, exciting times lie ahead for PES.  I am delighted to welcome the newest members of the PES team and look forward to us working together, helping our customers to make all their people, happy people.”
