Bristol businesses to benefit from brand new office complex

A new 55-office business centre is being developed in Bristol, tailored specifically for small companies and start-ups.
Equinox South on Great Park Road, which was most recently occupied by Kerry Dairies, has been purchased by national provider of flexible business space, BizSpace, and this will be the company’s first development project.
BizSpace owns more than 100 business centres throughout the country, including in nearby Swindon and Gloucester. They purchased the site for £1,550,000 and plan to spend the same amount on a full redevelopment.
Development director, Nick Smith, commented: “We are delighted to extend our network of business centres in the South West, using this opportunity to create an effectively new BizSpace in the booming Bristol out-of-town market.
“The site is extremely well located, at the junction of the M4 and M5, making it an ideal spot to operate a regional business with a Bristol base. It will be a perfect location for a wide range of businesses, offering impressive modern facilities.”
All interiors will be stripped out to develop 55 managed office suites, ranging in space from 130 sq ft to 550 sq ft, which will be offered to rent in combination. The exterior of the site will be remodelled and additional landscaping created.
All offices will have their own external windows and ventilation, and contracts will be inclusive of maintenance, heating, management, broadband, phone lines and call packages. There is also a spacious on-site car park, which will be free of charge.
The centre will feature meeting rooms, a customer lounge, breakout areas, spacious kitchens and high spec toilets.
