Bristol Executive Search consultancy strengthens its team with senior appointments


Sandy Hinks

Moon Consulting has appointed Sandy Hinks as Executive Search Consultant.

The development marks Moon’s second appointment in six months as the business enters its next phase of growth – a result of increased demand for its services.

Sandy has 18 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, across IT and financial sectors, recruiting at management and executive level.

Sandy has worked for large global and small to medium sized independent recruiters and brings a strong and in-depth commercial understanding of different business requirements and processes, which enables her to provide a very bespoke and informed level of service.

She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

Sandy comments: “I am looking forward to using my specialist knowledge and expertise to generate new business opportunities and strengthen Moon’s level of service in these areas.”

Joining Sandy is George Poole, who also moves into an Executive Search Consultant role.

George has a broad commercial awareness of the fitness, engineering and personal injury sectors and boasts a diverse network of industry contacts.

Outside of work, he has helped raise in excess of £18,000 for Parkinson’s UK and Bristol Children’s Hospital.

George comments: “I’m delighted to be part of the Moon team. The business is passionate about serving the community and this is something I am keen to get more involved with.”

Both Sandy and George will join Moon’s experienced and successful search team, led by Senior Executive Search Consultant, Simon Quinn.
