A Bristol hotel has been named one of the best by a leading ratings body.

The DoubleTree by Hilton, Bristol City Centre hotel on Redcliffe Way boasts an AA score of 78% within the four-star market. .

John Dowling, General Manager at the hotel comments: “We’re delighted with this new merit score and shows that the work done at the hotel has had the desired effect.

“We work hard to ensure that every single guest has an enjoyable and memorable experience with us, so it’s great news that this hard work has been recognised by one of the country’s leading rating bodies.

“This is the highest merit score the hotel has ever been awarded so is great for everyone involved. We’ve got some exciting plans to further improve the facilities here and will work extra hard to maintain the hotel’s position.”

Areas assessed during the AA inspector visit included cleanliness, service, quality of bedrooms and bathrooms, food, hospitality, the exterior, pubic areas and dining room.
