County Business Publishing Ltd, the company that publish Bristol Business News online news portal, has gone into liquidation.
The firm were also responsible for other news portals for Swindon and Bath.
Recently, County Business Publishing Ltd launched a print magazine together with Business West and Bristol Chamber of Commerce, called West Business News.
Business West hailed the magazine as a ‘platform’ for Business West and the Chamber of Commerce.
According to the registered accounts, the company had been making losses for a number of years and had a negative balance sheet since 2009.
Robert Buckland was the director and editor, while a second director, Gurpreet Nijjar continues as a director of a number of other companies, including newly the incorporated Yantra Media Ltd and UK Local TV Ltd.
Rupert Graham Mullins of Benedict Mackenzie was appointed Liquidator on 15 August 2013 by the Company’s creditors
