Bristol restaurant celebrates 25 years of success

A popular Bristol restaurant is celebrating serving up 25 years of success.

Europa Restaurant, on St Stephens Street, was opened in 1990 by chef Pietro Tallo, who wanted to bring the taste of traditional Italian cooking to the people of the city.

The family-run restaurant has since earned a reputation as one of the best Italians in Bristol – and in September celebrated its 25th birthday.

To mark this milestone, the restaurant has undergone an extensive refurbishment; and a short film telling the story behind the restaurant has also been commissioned.

Pietro comments: “It’s an amazing feeling to be celebrating our 25th birthday. We have put so much love and passion into offering guests delicious food and an authentic experience, and to be able to have enjoyed such success makes all our efforts
worthwhile.

“We’re looking forward to throwing a party for our lovely regular customers and staff past and present – the last 25 years would not have been possible without them.

“We’ve just had some major refurbishments done, including a fresh new look inside and out, and the creation of an alfresco dining area. We’ve even got a fresh new logo and signage.

“The restaurant has never looked better and we can’t wait to show off the changes.”
