From making vegetable wreaths and running local Christmas fairs to revolutionising the landscape of e-commerce and encouraging thousands of small businesses to thrive, Holly Tucker MBE is not your average entrepreneur.

Holly Tucker founded notonthehighstreet in 2006, with a dream and a 3-month-old. Not an easy task in the days when Amazon was known for books and eBay was in its infancy, and multi-vendor checkout was an obscure idea that no one had managed to crack. But Holly and co-founder Sophie Cornish were focused on their vision: change the face of retail forever.

Holly’s passion for helping small businesses led her to create Holly & Co in 2014. Holly noticed that the business landscape didn’t match the entrepreneurs in it. The business podcasts were men spewing words from a business dictionary, the power suits and image of the City landscape were rather grey. This is where the vision for the company was conceived; with the mission to bring colour to grey.

Today, Holly & Co is a community of, and for, entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey. With her daily blog, Conversations of Inspiration podcast and Sunday Times Bestselling book Do What You Love, Love What You Do, Holly’s community encourages and inspires and has helped thousands of businesses thrive.
