Business pledges Prince’s Trust support to help more young people into work
The UK’s largest independent recruitment organisation has named The Prince’s Trust as its chosen charity partner.
It says it is supporting the charity in a bid to help disadvantaged young people across the country take the first steps into work.
The Prince’s Trust aims to support 60,000 new young people across the UK, helping to give them the skills and confidence needed to get a job. With five centres across the South, the aim is to reach more than 10,000 new young people in this region alone.
Adam Meadows, RSG director, comments: “Our business is built on getting people into work, so at a grass roots level we understand the complexity and challenges people face when trying to find the right job.
“When the odds are also against you in terms of not having come through education with the right support or not had access to getting a first step on the jobs ladder, it can have a huge impact on people’s confidence, which creates a vicious cycle.
