Butcher & Barlow have announced the appointment of solicitor Ryan Melvin to the commercial team at their Gadbrook Park, Northwich office.

Ryan, a corporate and commercial property specialist, joined Butcher & Barlow in March. His arrival bolsters the already strong commercial offering at the Firm’s Gadbrook Park office.

Ryan joins Butcher & Barlow from Middletons in Liverpool and brings over eight years of experience to the Firm, having previously worked at City Firms DWF, Weightmans and Clyde and Co whilst training.

Butcher & Barlow’s dedicated commercial office on Gadbrook Park enables the Firm to harness the skill and expertise of their Solicitors in one office and provide a focused team that can offer advice and assistance on a full range of commercial matters in a professional, business centered setting.

The Legal 500 ranked commercial teams at Gadbrook Park are led by experienced Partners Jonathan Aldersley (corporate), Zoë Paton-Crockett (commercial property) and Alex Sandland (commercial litigation). Ryan will be working alongside Jonathan and Zoë acting for a broad range of commercial clients both regional and national, including commercial developers, property investors, financial lenders, pension funds and charitable organisations.

Ryan commented on his move: “I am excited to be part of such an experienced team here at Gadbrook Park. I admire Butcher & Barlow’s professional and dynamic approach. The firm delivers city centre expertise through a Business Park location.”
