Car finance provider Zuto creates over 80 jobs during lockdown
Since January 2021, in the midst of a global pandemic, Manchester based car finance company Zuto have hired over 80 new employees across a range of departments.
The new hires are based in the Manchester and Macclesfield offices, across a range of experience levels, including six graduates.
This comes after a year of growth despite the pandemic, with 165 new employees hired since June last year, demonstrating Zuto’s commitment to boosting local recruitment.
This expansion comes as Zuto marks the 15-year anniversary of the business. Founded in 2006 by James Wilkinson and Ryan Dignan, the business has gone from strength to strength, including securing £2.5 million worth of funding in 2016 and a further £7 million in 2019 to support the growth of the company.
James Wilkinson said: “It has been an exciting start to the year for Zuto and we are really happy to welcome all our new Zutonites to the business, particularly our graduates, many of whom are taking their first step into the professional world. We are looking forward to continuing to hire great talent in the North West and look forward to celebrating many more milestones over the coming years.”
