Car wash firm expands at Bristol Business Park

Car wash access technology manufacturer, PSD Codax, has relocated its UK Head Office to Hawkfield Business Park in Bristol. The company has relocated to Unit 8 Axis at Hawkfield Business Park which comprises a 6,062 sq ft industrial unit. Cushman & Wakefield agreed the deal on behalf of the landlord, Peer Group Plc.

Axis is located in South Bristol, off Hengrove Way in an established industrial area. Nearby occupiers include Bristol City Council and Virgin Media.

Charles Swanson, Surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial team in Bristol commented: “We are delighted to have assisted PSD Codax in their expansion in Bristol. The estate has been a popular location for a wide range of occupiers and is now fully let. The letting to PSD Codax was completed without the unit having any voids which is reflective of the supply and demand situation in Bristol’s industrial market.”

PSD Codax Ltd, a manufacturer and supplier to the Automatic Vehicle Wash industry around the world, had been trading from its previous location in Nailsea, Bristol for the last 15 years but due to expansion and a new product range they required further manufacturing space and accommodation for a new Service Support Centre.

Jon Hill at PSD Codax said: “Cushman & Wakefield provided an excellent service in this search and in discussions with prospective landlords. Our new location at Hawkfield Business Park in Whitchurch, Bristol provides the right mix of manufacturing space, office space and vehicle parking for the next phase of PSD Codax Ltd.”
