Cardiff start-up Talent Ticker goes global with opening of New York office

Talent Ticker, a recruitment technology platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to predict hiring within organisations, have seen unprecedented growth within 2021, doubling headcount to over 50 employees.

Following a strong sales performance within America, VP of Sales, Max Mitcham has relocated to New York to coordinate the opening and expansion of Talent Ticker’s first international office. The company plan aggressive growth within the USA, with at least 12 hires expected within sales and marketing before the end of 2021.

The office, located in the centre of New York’s financial district puts the growing team at the heart of the world of finance, just a few minutes’ walk from Wall Street and the Stock Exchange.

Max Mitcham speaks about the expansion: “Talent Ticker has always been an exciting company, but we can now truly call ourselves a global startup. New York is a dream destination that many companies never make a reality, so to expand here so quickly is a testament to our incredible team and product.”

Alongside this achievement, Talent Ticker have been shortlisted in the Best Innovation category at the Global Recruiter Awards. This prestigious award highlights the impact of innovation during a tough time for recruiters. Talent Ticker’s MD, Paul Weathersby, said of the nomination:  “We have a vision to revolutionize the recruitment industry.
