The Bristol office of leading property advisers CBRE is celebrating a successful move to new premises.

The firm now occupies the flagship 13th and 14th floors of Clifton Heights, Bristol’s highest building.

CBRE was based at Howard House for the last nine years.

The move follows five new appointments in recent months, with Andrew Jackson (Graduate Surveyor), Katie Bohin and Lucy Miles (both Senior Surveyors) among the new recruits.

Garry Hicks, Managing Director of CBRE Bristol, comments: “We have come a long way in a relatively short space of time and are focused on proving excellent client service and continuing to grow and expand the business over the next few years.

“Our aim when moving was to provide staff and clients with a first-class, agile working environment in line with our global branding, and Clifton Heights ticks all of those boxes.

“We look forward to building on our position as one of the major players in the South West and South Wales markets.”
