Chartered Surveyors sells Worcester bank freehold investment

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has sold the freehold investment in a Worcester bank building.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Mike Pritchard, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold Lloyds Bank to Whitehorse Estates acting for private clients for £420,000.

Commenting on the acquisition Pritchard said: “With two years remaining on the lease to Lloyds Bank plc, the purchase represents either a solid investment or a potential future redevelopment opportunity on a gateway site to the neighbourhood shopping area of the St John’s.”
