National law firm, Clarke Willmott LLP has advised Munters Group AB on the acquisition of Humi-Tech Services Ltd.
Founded in 1955, Munters Group AB, which is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange, is a global leader in energy efficient and sustainable air treatment and climate solutions. With customers in a wide range of industries, the largest being the food, pharmaceutical and datacentre sectors, they have around 3,900 employees and operate in more than 30 countries.
Kent-based Humi-Tech Services Ltd. specialises in the service and maintenance of all makes and models of humidifiers. Founded over 19 years ago, Humi-Tech provides services across the whole of the country and the acquisition by Munters allows the Stockholm-based business to expand their service offering in the UK.
Legal advice on the deal was provided by Simon Smith and Lucy Fairbrother of Clarke Willmott, with acquisition support services and due diligence being provided by Paul Crocker and Matthew Willmott of accountants PKF Francis Clark.
