Clarke Willmott LLP has provided advice for the successful management buy-out of Intras Limited, a large multi-media service company to the wire, cable, tube and pipe industries.
The corporate team from the Taunton office of Clarke Willmott, led by partner Kirill Bingham with assistance from senior associate, Tom Potts, worked on the transaction for the company’s shareholder, in tandem with the accountants, Milsted Langdon LLP.
