ClearCourse Partnership LLP, a group of innovative technology companies providing software, services and digital capabilities to the membership, events & bookings and sports & leisure sectors, today announced its acquisition of instaGiv, a provider of mobile and digital fundraising solutions for UK-registered charities.
Established in 2010, instaGiv offers a range of mobile and digital fundraising solutions. With a core focus on SMS donations, instaGiv has developed a range of products and services for fundraising, donor engagement and recruitment, including SMS donation processing, interactive voicemail capabilities and competition hosting.
It works with over 300 UK-registered charities, including Macmillan Cancer Support, Tearfund and Amnesty international, to help facilitate their mobile fundraising. To date, instaGiv has helped raise over £7.5m.
instaGiv is ClearCourse’s eighth acquisition since its foundation in October 2018. They seek to acquire innovative technology companies that provide software and services to a variety of membership organisations including non-profits, trade associations, trade unions, sporting bodies and charities.
