A new web based commercial property agency has been launched.
Company founder Phil Wade, who is well-known on the commercial property scene, says that the launch of Cobux, which has its headquarters in Weston-super-Mare, marks a step change in the way commercial property will be sold or let.
He says that nearly 3 years of research has gone into producing a new system for successfully marketing commercial property.
Phil comments: “The process of selling or leasing a commercial property is notoriously slow, with most agents regularly warning it will take longer than you think.
“But why should it?
“Occupiers looking for commercial property find it a torturous process that just seems so slow. But why should it be like this?”
Cobux is an acronym for “commercial building exchange” and has been set up to make the process cheaper, faster and easier for both vendor and purchaser; landlord and tenant.
One of the main issues highlighted by occupiers looking for new buildings, was the lack of clear information about available buildings.
Through the use of cutting edge technology, Cobux aims to provide the best possible levels of information to occupiers.
All the building information is collected together via a purpose built Cobux property inspection app for iPad; this then delivers the information through the web site in the required form.
In addition Cobux offers Free Guides to occupiers; ranging from guides on the acquisition process, legal, planning, finance, space planning, fit out, the list goes on.
Cobux has been set up to cover the whole of Somerset including Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset, Mendip, Sedgemoor, Taunton Deane, West Somerset and South Somerset.
