Commercial real estate firm makes two promotions in Birmingham office

Cushman & Wakefield has made two promotions for its Birmingham office.

Matthew Walker who is part of the facilities management team has been promoted to partner whilst Gemma Constantinou, from the national logistics & industrial team in Birmingham has been promoted to associate.

Walker joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 and will now lead the facilities management UK regions team. Constantinou joined the business as a graduate in 2007 and is responsible for providing advice and developing strategies for disposals and acquisitions on behalf of clients for industrial and logistics buildings, office, and development sites.
