Ecommerce data specialist Conjura has appointed Adele Cooper, ex Pinterest, Facebook and Google and Paul Gedman, ex Hut Group, as non-executive directors to support the business as it continues to scale.
Adele Cooper has worked at some of the world’s most recognised technology companies, most recently as UK & Ireland Country Manager at Pinterest.
Prior to Pinterest, Adele worked at Google and then at Facebook in both their European and US headquarters, across a variety of sales, marketing and operational roles.
Paul Gedman has experience in the global e-commerce sector by way of his time as CEO of the beauty, wellness and luxury divisions at the Hut Group for over eight years.
These latest appointments complement other recent senior hires, including the arrival of COO Paul Savage, and CRO Franklyn Martin.
Fran Quilty, CEO of Conjura, comments: “Adele and Paul are high-profile industry names in technology and ecommerce. Their arrival in the business is a huge endorsement of the potential that I and the senior team see in Conjura.
“They join us ahead of bold expansion plans for 2021 as we scale up our operations and launch a suite of new products to broaden our platform offer for e-commerce clients. I know their experience will prove invaluable in helping us deliver on our growth ambitions.”
