Cornish consultancy ‘walk the talk’ with business rebrand
Cornwall consultancy Sapience HR is marking a double celebration going into 2017.
In the last quarter, the team has doubled in size and has also won a prestigious DBA (Design Business Association) Design Effectiveness Award, all thanks to their recent rebrand led by Truro’s Absolute working with Excess Energy Communications.
Helmed by Sue Hook, the fast-growing team at Sapience HR is on a continual mission to redefine human resources for Cornish companies, driving crucial profits as a direct result.
Sue Hook says: “Companies and teams who actually understand how to use their most powerful assets – their people and their resources – have been all too rare in Cornwall.
“Redefining the role and the potential of proper, strategic, positive Human Resources is what we are all about and this what our new programmes create and drive. Our rebrand is already driving significant results in helping current, and potential, clients understand these possibilities and buy into this work for themselves.”
In the ten months following the rebrand, Sapience HR’s turnover rose by 45%, new clients by 24% and existing client spend by 22%. Website visits rose by 27% and Sapience HR is now far outstripping local competitors.
To handle the new and redeveloped work as a result of the rebrand, Sapience has taken on two new team members. Laura Holmes joins the team, bringing with her a wealth of HR experience, and Jeanette Joy joins as an administrator.
Sue said: “The rebrand and launch of the new website represents our ambitions and shows where the company is today and our vision for the future. It has also been instrumental in our own Sapience HR growth recruitment process – so we’re definitely walking our own talk!”
