Trigg will use his extensive experience in scaling advertising, marketing and programmatic companies to grow Percept’s business with brands and agencies.

Percept’s intelligent, interactive platform scrutinises the setup and effectiveness of a brand’s digital spend across search, social and programmatic to provide marketers with real-time and independent analysis of impact, best practice review and the ROI from their digital investment strategies. Clients include Vodafone and Haven Holidays

“It’s never been more important for marketers to have accountability on their adspend, but they face problems. Understanding how effectively a campaign is set up in search, social and programmatic is complex and by focusing primarily on clicks vs spend, other factors which may save money, deduplicate effort and provide greater and more effective impact may be missed,” said Trigg, CEO at Percept.

“Without independent review marketers can’t be sure that the tech platforms, whilst marking their own work, aren’t simply advocating greater levels of spend versus improvements to the current setup. These are the problems Percept solves. I am delighted to be on board and looking forward to working closely with our clients to interrogate their current spending and support the drive for greater effective use of their digital budget.”
