Cypher, a coding school, has today announced the appointment of Caroline Viles as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Viles will be joining the growing EdTech startup’s leadership team, of which 80% are female, including founder Elizabeth Tweedale.
Previously Commercial Finance Director at Monzo and during her time at there, Viles was part of the Money D&I committee, pushing for greater representation at senior levels and transparent and inclusive hiring practices.
