Eminem’s publisher, Eight Mile Style, is reportedly suing Spotify for approximately £30m over alleged incorrect listening for the rapper’s work.

Eminem has never been properly paid for songs “streamed on Spotify billions of times”, court papers say.

The c. £30m fine is the maximum amount possible to claim for damages for the apparent 240 copyright-infringed songs.
