F45 launches three new sites in Spain as expansion continues

Global fitness franchisor, F45 Training Group, continues to expand with the launch of three new sites in three of Spain’s popular holiday destinations: Marbella, Ibiza and Mallorca.

Tristan Smith, Head of Franchise Operations for F45 Europe Master Franchise, says: “We are delighted to be opening studios in three of the most popular locations in Spain. Not only does this provide a fantastic opportunity for the local communities to benefit from the F45 Training model, but it also allows international members to keep up their training whilst overseas.

Now operating in 19 countries across Europe, F45 was born in Australia in 2014 and has since taken the world by storm. Designed by Sports Scientists and Elite Athletes, F45’s unique, team-based, high-intensity interval training consists of 45-minute workouts which feature over 3,500 fun, functional and efficient exercises and an extensive range of workout programmes.

The global success of F45 as a franchise network has encouraged many athletes, personal trainers, and entrepreneurs to become part of this innovative fitness movement due to its relatively low start-up and running costs, turn-key set up and generous return on investment.
