Associated Windows and Conservatories, in Gloucester Road North, Filton, can now call themselves a Which? Trusted Trader having passed a rigorous assessment.
The endorsement process involves a visit by a professional Which? Trusted Traders assessor, company credit check and random customer references.
Associated Windows and Conservatories, is a family run company, operated by Father and Son Bill MacDonald and Robert MacDonald, 29.
Bill started out in the industry over 37-years ago as a carpenter and joiner before moving into sales and eventually the bold leap into with his son Robert after having a main trade as an electrician through an apprenticeship with Baileys Electrical.
Bill, aged 53, comments: “We feel extremely proud to gain such a prestigious award and I can honestly say it is down to the young drive of Robert, my knowledge and the experience of the entire team who help move the business forward.
“This new accolade should give both our past and present customers’ piece of mind that we are a company of good standing.”
