Fiat announce renewed sponsorship of Italian Football Federation

FCA and the Italian Football Federation have renewed the sponsorship agreement for another four years.

Fiat will be a Top Partner and Official Car of the Azzurri once more. The agreement includes the supply of a fleet of cars to accompany the FIGC personnel on official and friendly matches. In addition, the brand will appear on the training uniforms of the Azzurri and on banners around the pitch. Further activities will involve the men’s, women’s and the junior’s teams.

The announcement of the agreement took place at the 2020 European Championship qualification Italy vs. Bosnia Herzegovina match.

Gabriele Gravina, President of FIGC, head coach Roberto Mancini, Cristiano Fiorio, Head of EMEA Brand Marketing & Communication and Luca Napolitano, Head of EMEA Fiat & Abarth Brand, met last night at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.

“Fiat wants to take the field directly to support the team of all Italians”, commented Napolitano. “Today, Fiat and FIGC have just turned 120 and continue to work to take on the challenges of the near future and to hold the name of Italy high worldwide.”
