Hill, the family-owned top 20 UK housebuilder, have achieved the much coveted and respected five star status from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) in their annual customer satisfaction survey.
The independent annual survey is undertaken by the HBF, the representative body of the housebuilding industry in England and Wales, and is seen as the industry benchmark for customer service.
Hill has secured the five star rating, which is reserved for companies where over 90% of customers would recommend them to a friend. The results reaffirm Hill’s commitment to their customers and their aim to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

The five star rating from the HBF kick-starts what is set to be another exciting year for Hill, which has a 3,300 home pipeline across London and the South East of England.
Hill is currently working with the University of Cambridge to deliver 599 private residential new homes at Eddington, an entirely new community being created in Cambridge.
This includes the housebuilder’s Athena development where properties range from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom family houses. In Oxford, Hill is working with Oxford City Council and Grosvenor to deliver Mosaics, which will comprise 237 new homes and commercial space at the highly anticipated Barton Park project.
In London, Hill’s flagship Fish Island Village development has seen them partner with Peabody to create a 580 home community located on the Grand Union Canal in Hackney Wick.
