Commercial property services and investment firm CBRE has announced four senior promotions across key service lines at its Southampton office.
The firm – the largest of its type in the world – has appointed Nick Tutton as Senior Director, while Liam Small, Tej Singh and Craig Powell have all been promoted to Director.
Nick Tutton joined CBRE’s advisory and transaction services team in 2000 and has 20 years’ experience on industrial and office agency letting, acquisitions and disposals.
His extensive advisory portfolio includes institutional pension funds L&G, LaSalle Investment Management and CBRE Global Investors, as well as property companies and occupiers including Troika, Store Property, Rigby Group, Ageas Insurance and Wartsila.
Liam Small has been with CBRE since 2013, joining the lease consultancy department to advise landlords and tenants in respect of lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gears for all commercial property types.
Tej and Craig joined CBRE’s valuation and property management teams in 2014 acting on behalf of major lenders, pension funds and occupiers throughout the UK and the South Coast.
CBRE Regional Managing Director James Brounger said: “The recent round of promotions has seen a significant strengthening of our senior team in Southampton.
“All four have been valued members of the South Coast team and these promotions are in recognition of their contribution and reflect our continued investment across all our service lines.”
