FRP announces new director for Bristol office

Specialist business advisory firm FRP has announced a senior promotion in its 11-strong Bristol team, following a period of significant investment in the firm’s people and services.
Alex Sargeant has been promoted to director in the corporate finance team. He has 10 years’ experience working in the South West corporate finance market and specialises in sell-side and buy-side corporate finance advisory, primarily for business owners and private equity investors.
Since joining FRP in 2018, he has advised on deals including the £7.2m Avon Rubber divestment and the sale of Somerset-based global water specialists Hydro International. He also recently supported partner Mark Naughton on the sale of Cornwall-based fishing business W. Stevenson and Sons, and will continue to work closely alongside Mark and the wider team as they provide support to the region’s businesses and their stakeholders.
