Truck & Bus Wales & West will build a new head office at Central Park, Bristol after completing the purchase of a seven-acre site.
The firm – known as WW – will join the likes of Amazon, The Range, DHL and Lidl at the growing Avonmouth business park at Severn Road.
The deal is the third sale in the current third phase of the Delta Properties’ development.
The site has full planning consent already granted for open storage or new-build warehouse and distribution, meaning no further planning permission is required prior to WW beginning its development.
Billy Nairn, Managing Director at WW, said: “After searching for many years to find the right location in Avonmouth, we are delighted to have completed on this land purchase and look forward to building a new head office and main workshop to continue supporting our customers and provide great facilities for our staff.”
Delta Properties announced the first deal of phase three at Severn Road with Dawsongroup Plc in July, followed by a deal with Wren Kitchens in September.
Michael Shebson, of Delta Properties, said: “We are delighted to welcome Truck & Bus Wales & West as our latest occupier for this next phase of development.
“Our infrastructure programme, including a new access road, is on schedule to complete before the end of 2019.
“Discussions with other potential occupiers are advanced, attracted by the location to the motorway network with the anticipated opening of the new M49 junction, and the huge benefits the existing planning consent bring. We expect to announce further deals shortly.”
Plots of up to 10 acres are still available for freehold purchase at Central Park.
