GingrTech secures significant investment from Spence & Co.

GingrTech, serious games specialist and developer of the business simulation game ROCKET, has announced a significant investment from Spence & Co. The recent funding will go towards the company’s growth and the development of other breakthrough business simulation platforms, one of which is to be announced in the coming weeks.
GingrTech business simulation technology is a critical element of organizational transformation in an ever fast-paced complex and distributed workplace. The business structure required by organizations to compete effectively in a post-COVID-19 global environment drives the need for simulation training tools to help people learn new ways of working to be more successful. There is a rapidly growing market for their cutting-edge technology that has a proven track record in driving transformation across multiple organisational challenges, industries, geographies, and cultures.
Tim Dew, founder and Chief Executive Officer of GingrTech, said: “Not only are we delighted that Spence & Co. is onboard from a financial investment view, but we also get its founder’s vast knowledge and experience from his very successful career. This is already proving to be hugely valuable to us, and it is getting us to look deeply at our approach to market, expansion into the USA, and our governance as we scale our business.”
“I am confident that GingrTech will emerge as one of the long-term business simulation technology sector leaders,” said Stuart Spence, Founder and Managing Partner at Spence & Co. “I look forward to supporting Tim’s vision and the team at GingrTech as we bring their technology to a global stage.”
