Grant Thornton advises on the sale of Bourn Bioscience Limited to Triangle Capital Corporation

Grant Thornton have advised Bourn Bioscience Limited (Bourn Hall) on its sale to Triangle Capital Corporation.

Bourn Hall was founded in 1980 as the World’s first IVF clinic. Since its foundation, the clinic has played a significant role in the creation of over 20,000 families and has continued to grow its market presence in the East of England. GT were engaged as lead advisers to find new investors to support the next phase of the Company’s growth.

Its legal team ran a multi-funder process to increase competitive tension and led the detailed negotiations, project managing various diligence streams and advised on the key commercial terms of the transaction. Triangle were the preferred bidder based on the strong growth aspirations for Bourn Hall.
