Growth continues for Cirencester business following acquisition

Cirencester based Kallidus has acquired recruitment software firm Advorto. Kallidus is a HCM software specialist and the deal was supported by funding from Royal Bank of Scotland’s Corporate Transactions team. .
The acquisition will allow the firm to provide recruitment management software as part of its talent management suite.
Established in 2000, Kallidus provides trusted learning and talent solutions and consultancy services to private and public sector organisations, including brands such as McDonald’s, O2, Transport for London and Eurostar.
Founded in 1998, Advorto is a London based firm that delivers talent recruitment software solutions for major blue-chip companies including the NHS.
