Hampton by Hilton Lands at Bristol Airport

hampton-cakeHampton by Hilton brand has unveiled its newest property, Hampton by Hilton Bristol Airport on the doorstep of England’s third largest regional airport.

The 201-room hotel, the first to be based at the airport, is located just 250 metres from the terminal and marks another milestone in the company’s airport journey. Hilton pioneered the concept of the airport hotel with the opening of Hilton San Francisco Airport in 1959 and now has over 400 airports hotels across the world.

“More than seven and a half million passengers pass through the doors of Bristol Airport every year, and we’re now offering travellers a convenient and great value accommodation option on its doorstep,” said Simon Vincent, executive vice president and president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Hilton.

“This opening also marks an important landmark for us as one of the first hotels in our portfolio globally to be completed using an innovative modular construction technique – paving the way for further expansion in the UK and internationally.”
