Hat-trick of international deals worth £100 million for investment group

LOGO-Smith-Williamson2A Bristol based group has completed a hat-trick of significant deals.

The corporate finance team at investment management group, Smith & Williamson, has completed three significant national and international deals, which taken together, are worth over £100 million.

Martyn Fraser, Iain Lownes and Matthew Pearson led on the deals which completed recently.

Matthew Pearson advised MxP Partners on its acquisition of Amber Taverns, which owns and operates 85 pubs in the North of England, in a deal worth £80m.

Martyn Fraser advised on the sale of Information Management Group (IMGROUP) to Hitachi Consulting Corporation.

Iain Lownes was the lead adviser to the vendors of Creative Graphics International Limited (CGI) on a Buy-In Management Buy-Out by Mobeus Equity Partners worth £11m.
