Heidrick & Struggles have made a series of new appointments within their UK and European offices.
Jenni Hibbert has taken up the new role of Global Managing Partner & Head of Search Go-to-Market in the London office. Jenni said: “I am very much looking forward to finding new ways to scale our firm’s services globally and identify new strategic growth opportunities.”
Susie Clements has been appointed to another new role, Regional Managing Partner of Corporate Officers. Susie explained: “I look forward to utilising my broad-based experience and knowledge in functional talent hires to help our clients focus on building out and developing their Senior Leadership capabilities across their head office teams, whether they are upskilling or rebuilding due to a relocation or M&A activity, and to keeping the Heidrick & Struggles name where it should be, as a leader in the global executive search and leadership advisory space.”
The third and final newly created role is of Regional Leader of Growth Markets based in Italy, of which Tim Lüdke has been assigned to. Tim said: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead the strategy of Heidrick & Struggles in markets where there is significant opportunity for growth by extending the current provision and being able to offer the full breadth of Heidrick & Struggles’ capabilities and services.”
Alongside these new appointments, a series of other leadership changes have occurred, including: Sam Burman becoming the new Global Practice Managing Partner of the Disruptive Innovators Team (DIT) and Head of Specialty Practices and Nicolas von Rosty leading the German operations out of Munich.
