HeleCloud acquires open source specialist OlinData

HeleCloud, an AWS advanced consulting and managed services partner, has announced it has acquired OlinData, an AWS advanced consulting partner based in the Netherlands, specialised in open source infrastructure.
OlinData is HeleCloud’s first acquisition as part of its ongoing growth across Europe, supported by BGF, the UK and Ireland’s most active investor.

Today, HeleCloud operates in London, England and Sofia, Bulgaria with 73 employees spanning both countries. The business received a £2m investment from BGF in October 2018 to further accelerate its development strategy. By the end of 2019, HeleCloud expects to surpass 100 employees and achieve more than 200% growth.
